This website is operated by Nazakat Wears. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Exchange Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and Pricing

• We try to show product colours and details as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability may change without notice.
• Sizes are listed on each product page. If you are unsure about your size, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Orders

• We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.
• We may cancel or refuse an order if the details are incomplete or incorrect, the item is out of stock, or the order appears fraudulent. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
• Please provide a correct phone number and complete address. Repeated refusal of cash on delivery parcels may lead to future orders requiring advance payment.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and advance payment to our SadaPay account 0371 3381233. Advance-paid orders are confirmed once we receive the payment screenshot on WhatsApp.

Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse this website, copy its content or images without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Nazakat Wears is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events outside our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
